Every woman always want to look beautiful, that’s why there so many cases of plastic surgery and different types of cosmetic products. If you want to look beautiful every day, here are foods that you should eat to make you beautiful.
Blueberries- They are sweet and have lots of Vitamin C. They are immune boosting antioxidants that stimulate collagen production to help keen smooth and supple.
Pumpkin seeds- They have lots of Vitamin E which helps to slow down skin aging.
Beans- Have high in protein and provide the fatty acids your nails need to stay strong.
Green tea- It hydrates you which helps your skin .It also protects the skin from sun damages.
Tomatoes- They are full of fiber and Vitamin A. They help protect the skin from UV stress.
Oranges- Rich in Vitamin C, which helps the skin look young and plump.
Taking Omega-3 and its supplements is good for your skin.
After eating all these food, your skin will become beautiful for everyone to notice. Remember that who you are is what you eat.
