Lady Gaga is facing a lawsuit regarding with Japan Earthquake Charity

Every creature has goodness hiding within — Lady Gaga is always ready to help, but now a law firm is suing Lady Gaga regarding with scamming Japan earthquake charity.

1-800-LAW-FIRM — a law firm based in Michigan has recently file a lawsuit against Lady Gaga for cheating and pocketing fraction of total amount from ‘We Pray For Japan’ wristbands, on behalf for Japan’s March Earthquake.

“I’m suing Lady Gaga simply to hold her accountable for giving the money that she was raising for charity to the cause that she was trying to raise it for,” 1-800-LAW-FIRM attorney, Ari Kresch, told Radar Online.

“Our intention via this lawsuit is to uncover any improprieties committed by Lady Gaga and appropriate the full donations assumed to the victims in Japan.”

Each wristband cost $5. But according to the law firm, the only problem is — The Mother Monster exaggerated the total cost of the wristband and pocketed more than the total investment she spent from each wristbands.

The firm’s automated phone message states that they have “uncovered evidence” that not all of the proceeds were in fact donated to relief efforts and that Gaga’s initial statements regarding the relief bracelets were “false.” The message also urges those who purchased one or more bracelet to join the lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims that a slew of federal racketeering and consumer protection laws were broken by what it calls deceptive advertising and profits from the sale of the bracelets.

Last month, Lady Gaga was hailed as the most powerful media celebrity according to her, earnings, social media popularity and media visibility.

So is the Mother Monster is guilty for pocketing fractions amount in her own charity? Or she just want a publicity out of the lawsuit? Or maybe, her lawyer is giving her a poker face to squeeze money out of her.
