Earrings And Outfit Pairing
22. July 2011
Earrings have long been used as a body modification form, both for religious and cosmetic purposes. The jewelry is worn by both men and women; however, they are commonly worn by women across the globe.
A number of earring wearers pierce their ears to adorn the jewelry pieces, but there are some people who prefer the clip-on earrings. Pairing earrings and outfits may be second nature to most women; however, there are a few guidelines which everyone can use to best pair different outfits with these ear pieces.

Studs are best worn when out on the beach, during work outs or with outfits that have embellishments integrated onto the fabric. They help to keep attention on the wearer’s outfit as opposed to the ear jewelry. Stud earrings are also commonly worn by men; however, men’s stud earrings come with larger stones than those meant for women.
Tear drop earrings are a bit more pronounced that studs. They pair well with everyday clothes for a chic look.
Chandelier earrings are the dressier jewelry pieces out of the bunch. They pair well with evening wear as well as simple dresses.
The basic rules, which cut across all earrings and outfit pairings, dictate that; the earrings should go-well with the chosen outfit, the hair style preferred should not hide the earrings from view and necklaces worn should likewise pair well with the earrings selected.
