The widely popular social networking website Facebook, is indeed a great tool not only for fun but in helping people as well.
According to reports, a missing 21-year-old girl from Paranaque in the Philippines was recently found with the help of Facebook. A father named Noel Lagman posted a status message on his Facebook wall asking FB users to help him find his missing daughter Noemi Lagman, who vanish last January 7.
Lagman narrated that his daughter failed to come home after she went out their house to enroll at a school. Few days after posting the face of his daughter and the circumstances behind her disappearance, Lagman got a tip that lead to the eventual recovery of his daughter.
The father refused to state in details how his daughter was found for security sake, but he expressed deep gratitude to the huge help given by Facebook on the recovery of his missing angel. It was learned that Facebook is considered the top social networking website in the Philippines and the rest of Asia.
