One of the most common natural means of birth control is the calendar method, wherein the couple would just engage in sex when the woman is not fertile. D. Permanent barrier
If you want to avoid the tendencies of getting pregnant and infected with sexually transmitted infection permanently, you can use the permanent barrier method of contraception. Permanent barrier is usually practiced by couples who do not want anymore kids. For men, this method usually done as a medical operation is called vasectomy or the cutting of the tubes carrying sperm from the testes to the penis. For women it is called as ligation, the cutting of the fallopian tubes.
