When you hear the word love bites what comes first into your mind?

I believe most of us would answer bites caused by our partners during intimate moments.Well, your answer is correct, but love bites goes beyond that, read this. Actually, love bites, is a bruise, caused by bleeding under the skin on account of the sucking of the neck.

Reasons behind it?

Usually, people who engage in love bites have a possessive character who want to show the world they own this person. People who engage in love bites also do this unusual action to show their affection to someone. Oftentimes, recipients of love bites love this gesture from their partner as long as it is not to painful and glaring to the public. To persons who love to do love bites, make sure such actions have the permission of your partner. If she/he says no to you make sure, you respect the plea. Always remember also it would be best if your partner has no bite marks for him/her to look good.

Ways to cure it

After the love bites is given, it would be best to place a cold compress in it to cure the broken blood vessels. Try also placing some arnica oil in the love bite marks to sooth it. To hide it from public view it would be best also to use a scarf or better stay inside your room until the bruises heal. Well, you can also use the traditional suggested cure of toothpaste which according to many is very effective in curing love bites.
