Hollywood A-lister Tom Cruise is indeed one versatile actor.
After playing a professional spy in the action thriller Mission Impossible film series, Cruise will take on the role as a rock star in his next movie. Sources said the 49-year-old actor will be one of the main stars in the film adaptation of the musical play Rock of All Ages.
According to reports, Cruise will take the role as Stacee Jaxx, the lead singer of the rock band Arsenal in the film. Cruise will also reportedly sing some songs using his own voice.
The film which also stars Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand will be shown around the world this summer. The actor is reportedly very happy with his new role and film since one of his passion is to sing and dance. Die-hard Cruise fans will be in for the treat in Rock of All Ages since they will not only see their idol act but also sing and dance as well.
