Wesley Snipes Now Ready To Resume Acting After Jail Time For Tax Evasion

One of the top action stars in Hollywood is now ready to resume his acting job after being jailed for three years for tax evasion.
Blade film series star Wesley Snipes has recently been released from jail after being convicted for federal tax evasion. Snipes was imprisoned in 2010 at the McKean Federal Corrections after he was found guilty of not paying as much as $15million in dividends to the government for his earnings from 1999 to 2001.
Before his conviction, his lawyers argued that his tax advisers, Douglas P. Rosile and Eddie Ray Kahn, who were also jailed, had duped their client with a claim that there were no laws requiring him to pay tax. But the court still proceeded to imprison him for his failure to pay his taxes to the government.
Now that he is enjoying freedom outside of jail, Snipes expressed excitement and joy on returning back to acting. The 50-year-old actor hoped he can resume acting in film or television since acting is his passion. He added that he also need to earn for the sake of his family especially his five children.
The fans of the actor this early are very excited to see him on the silver screen soon. Based on internet facts, Snipes has starred in numerous films, including action thrillers and dramatic features. Entertainment experts said that Snipes is known for playing the Marvel Comics character Blade in the Blade film trilogy, among various other high-profile roles.
The experts added that Snipes formed a production company, Amen-Ra Films, in 1991 and a subsidiary, Black Dot Media, to develop projects for film and television. They revealed that Snipes has been training in martial arts since age 12, earning a 5th dan black belt in Shotokan Karate and 2nd dan black belt in Hapkido.
