A RECENT research has confirmed that drinking beer can make a person have sex with someone.
The Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis said based on their extensive research they discovered that heavy drinkers of beer tend to have sex more than non drinkers. The researchers of the university gave the information after conducting personal interviews with 601 youngsters aged 18-25.
They said all 601 are known beer drinkers. The researchers concluded alcohol-dependent individuals are at risk for increased number of sexual partners 10 or more .
Beer is the world’s most widely consumed and probably oldestalcoholic beverage; it is the third most popular drink overall, after water and tea. It is produced by the brewing and fermentation of sugars, mainly derived from malted cereal grains, most commonly malted barley and malted wheat. Sugars derived from maize (corn) and rice are widely used adjuncts because of their lower cost.
Most beer is flavoured with hops, which add bitterness and act as a natural preservative, though other flavourings such as herbs or fruit may occasionally be included.
