Every woman always want to look beautiful, that’s why there so many cases of plastic surgery and different types of cosmetic products. If you want to look beautiful every day, here are foods that you should eat to make you beautiful.

Blueberries- They are sweet and have lots of Vitamin C. They are immune boosting antioxidants that stimulate collagen production to help keen smooth and supple.

Pumpkin seeds- They have lots of Vitamin E which helps to slow down skin aging.

Beans- Have high in protein and provide the fatty acids your nails need to stay strong.

Green tea- It hydrates you which helps your skin .It also protects the skin from sun damages.

Tomatoes- They are full of fiber and Vitamin A. They help protect the skin from UV stress.

Oranges- Rich in Vitamin C, which helps the skin look young and plump.

Taking Omega-3 and its supplements is good for your skin.

After eating all these food, your skin will become beautiful for everyone to notice. Remember that who you are is what you eat.

The supermodel Kate Moss is planning to have another baby. Kate Moss has a daughter, Lila Grace Moss with Dazed &Confused editor Jefferson Hack. Moss has also been involved romantically with former libertines member Pete Doherty.

According to reports, although she is not yet married to fiancé James Hince, she wants another baby as soon as possible. Liable source say that the couple is trying all way possible to get pregnant. They also have an upcoming wedding that is due to happen on July.

Facebook still a breeding ground for anti-social elements

Facebook is a great place for teens and adults to hang out and meet friends with whom they have lost touch for years. Not only does Facebook claim the prestige of being the most popular social networking website, it is also consistently called the fastest growing online company of the decade. Now since there are 600 million Facebook users worldwide, the whole world is aware of the darker sides of Facebook like the potential online threat for minors and children, which is why Mark Zuckerberg made a public appearance, last May saying that the social networking site is not going to allow children under 13 to use the service and they will take strict action against anyone disobeying the rule. But in spite of all these precautions, the European commission released a statement on 20th June claiming that minors are still in danger of cyber harassment.

As mentioned before, since there are 600 million Facebook user, odds are that there may a large percentage of them who are anti-social elements, like sexual rapists and pedophiles, who where several social masks while waiting for the right time to strike. Neelie Kros, who is serving as the vice president of the European commission, felt that social networking websites like Facebook are doing very little in ensuring the safety of minors. She also gave a data analysis claiming that Myspace is one of the few social networking website that go out of their way to protect the right of minors online.

According to the data reports, there has been a 77 percent increase in the number of 10-13 age group children, who are now becoming members of the website. The European commission also said that the main threat to minors on Facebook is the tag features, which may allow pedophiles to get a good look at some intimate photos of the child.

Since there is no straightforward way to prevent these anti-social people from harassing a child online, educating the minor itself would be a big help. For a start, these minors should be well versed with the security and privacy settings of their profiles and they should no which person to befriend and which person to not. But of coarse Facebook should no try harder to prevent the minors from using the service in the first place.

After the long process of their divorce, the former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger and his former wife Maria Shriver are definitely not looking towards reconciliation. Arnold has already commenced paying child support to the Kennedy heiress even before the divorce is over.

“Even though Maria is a Kennedy, and has inherited a great deal of money from her parent’s estate since their deaths, she is taking the child support. Under California law she is entitled to the child support, once either one of them files for divorce. Maria and Arnold’s lawyers have been working on a divorce settlement but in the meantime Arnold is willingly paying the money to Maria.” He was quoted by a liable source.

It looks like Arnold is a very responsible man or is he so eager to finalize his divorce.

“I just wanted to be who I was, which was like so many other girls I knew. We grew up in the city, had a hard edge and obstacles to overcome, but we were still young and beautiful. I didn’t want to be all dressed up, all made up — I wanted to be myself, which hadn’t been done before. I was a young girl with very strong ideas but no experience. I just knew that everything else I was doing was wrong — that all the suggestions weren’t what was in my mind, they weren’t what it was meant to be.” said Alicia.

Many of the prints are printed with Swahili aphorisms that were originally worn to send funny and educative messages to people.

Supermodel Heidi Klum has finally launched a perfume. She said her fragrance Shine is luxurious and has an expensive smell. Klum has teamed up with Coty to create the fragrance, which will come out in September.

“There are different moods that as a fragrance creator you can travel to. For my first one, I wanted what I felt my staple would be. I wanted it to be sensual and feminine, but still luxurious and expensive-smelling because I think there are so many perfumes out there that smell cheap and too sweet,” said the Project Runway hostess.

I know most of you can’t wait to have the smell of Shine, so wait until September to purchase it.

Wear make – up that best complements you.
