Every woman always want to look beautiful, that’s why there so many cases of plastic surgery and different types of cosmetic products. If you want to look beautiful every day, here are foods that you should eat to make you beautiful.

Blueberries- They are sweet and have lots of Vitamin C. They are immune boosting antioxidants that stimulate collagen production to help keen smooth and supple.

Pumpkin seeds- They have lots of Vitamin E which helps to slow down skin aging.

Beans- Have high in protein and provide the fatty acids your nails need to stay strong.

Green tea- It hydrates you which helps your skin .It also protects the skin from sun damages.

Tomatoes- They are full of fiber and Vitamin A. They help protect the skin from UV stress.

Oranges- Rich in Vitamin C, which helps the skin look young and plump.

Taking Omega-3 and its supplements is good for your skin.

After eating all these food, your skin will become beautiful for everyone to notice. Remember that who you are is what you eat.

The beautiful musician Alicia keys looks amazing in her new photo shoot for the June 2011 issue of W magazine. Her photos were taken by Mario Sorrenti, Alicia looks sexy in her Alexander McQueen outfits as she poses showing off her crimson lips.

“I just wanted to be who I was, which was like so many other girls I knew. We grew up in the city, had a hard edge and obstacles to overcome, but we were still young and beautiful. I didn’t want to be all dressed up, all made up — I wanted to be myself, which hadn’t been done before. I was a young girl with very strong ideas but no experience. I just knew that everything else I was doing was wrong — that all the suggestions weren’t what was in my mind, they weren’t what it was meant to be.” said Alicia.

Kanga in recent times have joined the Fashion world. It has been used by professionals to make great sexy dresses and shorts for women.

Most of the fabulous pieces have been featured in Elle Magazine.

Designer Max Osterweis whose clothing line is more inspired by his several trips he took to Kenya.

His collection features cotton skirts, tops, fitted blazers, shorts, twisty headscarves, bikini, and shift dresses in vibrant prints made from East African kangas (printed cotton fabric).

Many of the prints are printed with Swahili aphorisms that were originally worn to send funny and educative messages to people.

Supermodel Heidi Klum has launched her fragrance `Shine’ which is luxurious and has an expensive smell.It will come out in September.( Cocoa Perez)

Supermodel Heidi Klum has finally launched a perfume. She said her fragrance Shine is luxurious and has an expensive smell. Klum has teamed up with Coty to create the fragrance, which will come out in September.

“There are different moods that as a fragrance creator you can travel to. For my first one, I wanted what I felt my staple would be. I wanted it to be sensual and feminine, but still luxurious and expensive-smelling because I think there are so many perfumes out there that smell cheap and too sweet,” said the Project Runway hostess.

I know most of you can’t wait to have the smell of Shine, so wait until September to purchase it.

Being sexy is always in a woman’s mind. Thats why a woman takes time to shop and wear make up. if you complement a woman by telling her she looks sexy, she will never forget you. Every woman wants to look sexy. Here are some tips on how to look sexy.

Get clean- As a woman, you should at least have a bath twice a day. Wash with a nice and sweet smelling soap.Practice good dental hygiene which includes brushing and mouthwash.

Keep yourself well groomed. Trim your finger and toe nails weekly. Have your eyebrows done by a profession. Go for a manicure, pedicure, facial and bubble bath.

Visit a salon and have your hair done. A new hairstyle or cut will make you feel sexy and confident.

Show your style- Show your curves by wearing fitting jeans .You can also pick up clothes that flatter your figure and that you are comfortable in. You can also wear jewelry that excites you.

Wear make – up that best complements you.

Be yourself- Try to be unique and original in your sexiness.

Be confidence- Belief in yourself.

The event launch of a perfume im memory of pop icon Michael Jackson caused troubles as his father distanced himself from a Frenchman behind the deal and a lawsuit disputed their rights. Joe Jackson signed a contract with French fragrance enterpreneur Franck Rouas earlier this year to launch eau de parfums “Jackson’s Tribute” for women.

The scents were due to be presented to the world at a conference Thursday in a night club at the Caesars Palace Hotel Casino in Las Vegas with socialite Paris Hilton and several Jackson family members. However, the event descended into chaos when Joe Jackson backed briefly by his daughter LaToya made it clear he wanted to avoid any physical contact wth Rouas, head of the perfume company Julian Rouas Paris.

“ I don’t like the way he does things. But the intiative to creat the scents was mine and that plan goes ahead,” Joe Jackson said, adding that he did not know when the 50ml bottles would go on sale.

Fergie was having the time of her life at a photo shot for her third Allure cover. Her gorgeous photographs showing her fierce side were taken by Norman Jean Roy. She will pose for the Allure July cover. During the interview Fergie opened up about her beauty and confirmed that she has never had plastic surgery. After performing on American Idol, many speculated she had a lot of work done, but not so.

“I did two major drastic things, which is hair to the side—it was the first time—and the big neon lip. I wanted to try something different, and all of a sudden it was this big backlash. People were saying ‘It’s a fake Fergie.’ I heard about some ridiculous amount of money that I spent on my face, which I think is absolutely insane.” She said.

Well Fergie looks great in these photos and whatever she did she looks amazingly beautiful.

I think Beyonce is one of the most hard working woman who has ever lived. From her music career, acting, clothing lines to personal business she has succeeded in them all. Despite Beyonce being married, she has decided to wait having babies for now to concentrate on her career.

Beyonce is getting all the attention from everywhere, on top of covering Essence, Dazed &Confused and W the singer also snagged herself a spot on the front of L’Uomo Vogue.

Beyonce will all be in black and white and styled in Charlie Chapman but instead of derby hat she has opted for a top hat in the July/August issue.

Tobey Maguire famously known for his role as `spider man’ is the new model for Prada. Previously he has traded in his spider man suit for Prada menswear. The talented actor was selected by Miuccia Prada to appear in the fall 2011 campaign to be shot by David Sims.

When asked about it he said, “ A great supporter of the arts, Miuccia Prada has inspired a culture of creativity that is woven through every aspect of her company, from her collections and campaign to every design detail in her stores. I have such admiration for the artistry and I’m thrilled to be a part of Prada’s fall campaign.’’
