    This developed after Brooklyn Nets veteran power-forward Reggie Williams was fined $5,000 by the NBA for flopping during one of the games of his team. According to reports, Williams got the fine for violating the flopping rule for the second time this year.     The Los Angeles Lakers has finally found a new coach after it recently fired former coach Mike Brown.

    According to reports, the Lakers management has hired former New York Knicks and Phoenix Suns coach Mike Mike D’Antoni. The decision to hire D’Antoni is a huge surprised to Lakers fans around the world who all believe the team will rehire former coach Phil Jackson. Professional basketball experts said the decision to hire D’Antoni could be due to the fact that the Lakers wants newly acquired point-guard Steve Nash to be more effective for his team.

    WHO says the San Antonio Spurs are too old to compete in the newly opened National Basketball Association (NBA) season.

    The Spurs are off to a strong start in the NBA 2012-2013 season winning its first two games against the New Orleans Hornets and Oklahoma City Thunder. In its latest win over the NBA 2011-2012 season runner-up Thunder, Spurs veteran point-guard took centerstaged as he scored the winning basket for his team 86-86.

    With only seconds remaining in the game, Parker sank a 21-footer long jumper over the long arms of Thunder shot-blocking power-forward Serge Ibaka to carry his team to victory. Parker who scored 14 points in the game was very with their home victory against the Thunder who defeated them in the NBA Western Conference Finals last year. Aside from Parker, Spurs veteran superstar power-forward Tim Duncan also scored 20 points to help his team defeat the favored and youth laden Thunder who finished second to NBA champion Miami Heat last year.
