Here is a piece of bad news to all those people who wants to lose weight through sex.
A recent study has shown that having sex is not that effective in burning up calories in our body. According to the study, a six-minute sex would only burn 21 calories not 300 calories as some experts would tell.
The researchers said going to the gym is still better in terms of losing weight than having sex. The researchers said if a person wants to lose weight he or she should do exercise and not simply engaged in sex. Read more »
