    Lack of Work, Pressure At School Drove Young Chinese To Commit Suicide In China

    If there are countries on earth where suicide rates is high, one such country is China.

    A recent report revealed that China has one of the highest suicide rates in the world where one person would attempt suicide every two minutes. The Chinese government said their suicide rate is 22.23 people out of every 100,000.

    Beijing Health Bureau spokesman Mao Yu revealed based on the data they gathered some 287,000 people kill themselves in the country of 1.3 billion every year, while about two million try to commit suicide annually. Mao said suicide is considered the biggest killer among Chinese aged 15 to 34.

    He explained extreme pressure to perform well at school and to find employment were the main reasons behind the high rate of suicide among China’s youths. Moreover, it was learned that the suicide rate in rural areas is three times higher than in urban centers and accounts for 75 percent of China’s suicide total.

    On the global scale, in 2009, the British medical journal The Lancet identified Lithuania, Finland, Latvia, Hungary, China, Japan and Kazakhstan as all having exceptionally high rates of suicide, 20 per 100,000 people or higher. Suicide is the act of an organism intentionally causing its own death.

    Suicide is often committed out of despair, or attributed to some underlying mental disorder which includes depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, alcoholism and drug abuse. Pressures or misfortunes such as financial difficulties or troubles with interpersonal relationships may also play a significant role.

    Ways To Successfully Capture The Heart Of A Co-Worker

    To date a co-worker and capture his/her heart is a dream  shared by a number of employees and employers today.

    Many in the workforce had a heart for each other, but are just hesitant to express it because of the “sexual harassment” fear. Well, those persons who are in-love with their co-workers had something to cheer since Bill Gates, one the richest man in the world marry his former Microsoft employee Melinda French.

    Here are a few tips on how to successfully capture the heart of a co-worker.

    1. Just once

    As a mature person, a man should respect the decision of a co-worker who refuses to have a date with him. If a man repeatedly ask for a date despite the refusal of the woman, it is a sign he is a desperate man who do not deserve her love.

    2. Build friendship

    Before seeking a date, a man should build friendship first with a co-worker. It would be best for the two souls involve to be friends so that they will know the potential consequences of their impending relationship. It is also easy to get her love if both of you had become good friends already.

    3. Take things slowly

    You will have a better chances of getting the heart of your co-worker if you will not rush things up. Get to know each other well first before you take your relationship into another level.If you will rush things the tendency to fail is very much higher.

    4. No flirting at work

    If both of you really love each other, agree to set up a rule of “no flirting at work” to keep you employment status. Passion and work are very different from each other, so both parties should know the limitations in order not to face chances of getting fired at work. The two of you should agree that all your lovey dobey be done after your work.

    5. Face rumors confidently

    If you have a love relationship in the workplace it is inevitable that rumors would circulate. The two of you should face whatever issues that will come out regarding your relationship. If your relationship is for real, fight for it even in-front of your employer. Tell your employer and co-workers that they have nothing to fear, since you will keep your relationship professional as possible. Make sure you avoid public display of affection in order not to get the ire of your employer and co-workers.
