Getting bullied at school is a bad experience that happen to a lot of people including celebrities.
Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson revealed in a recent interview that he is also a victim of bullying at school. Pattinson said while he was younger and still studying, he had been mauled by some of his school peers for behaving like an actor.
Yes, you heart it right guys! Pattinson said even at school he already acts like a real actor which is why a lot of men hate him that drove them to maul him. “I liked to behave like an actor, or how I thought an actor was supposed to be, and that apparently provoked a lot of people into hitting me,” Pattinson said.
Well, Pattinson might be bullied at school but look at him now he is now considered as one of the brightest young stars in Hollywood today. Born and raised in London, Pattinson started out his career by playing the role of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Later, he landed the leading role of Edward Cullen in the film adaptations of the Twilight novels by Stephenie Meyer, and came to worldwide fame. Pattinson was ranked as one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood based on 2009 earnings.
In 2010, Pattinson was named one of TIME magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in The World, and also in the same year Forbes ranked him as one of the most powerful celebrities in the world in the Forbes Celebrity 100.
