    To ensure safety and security the management of Disney theme parks in the United States has decided not to allow teenagers below 14 to enter their parks alone.

    Based on the new safety guidelines of Disney theme parks, children who are 14 years and below can only enter their premises if they are accompanied by someone 14 years of age or older. Disney decided to imposed the new rule after they conducted a survey of its guests and contacted various child welfare associations.     A recent study has shown that those people who are over 65-year-old have sharper minds due to their use of Facebook. The researchers from the University of Arizona have discovered that over 65s who use the social networking website performed better in cognitive tests than those who simply surfed the internet or didn’t use it all. The researchers explained that the ever-changing nature of Facebook – such as the constantly rolling updates – could boost mental acuity.

    The researcher said using Facebook has greatly helped those elderly who constantly used it. They revealed that posting updates on Facebook could also improve the cognitive performance of older adults.     China has won another bragging rights against the United States, after the top Asian country was recently crowned as the top exporting country in the world for 2012.

    According to reports, China’s total trading of goods last year amounted to $3.87 trillion to beat the US who earned $3.82 trillion in imports and exports last year. Some economic experts were surprised on the strong economic showing of China against the US who has a bigger economy compared to the Asian country.

    The experts said China’s economy is booming after the country’s official decided to focus on trade and foreign investment to boost its economy after decades of seclusion. The experts revealed that China’s economic growth averaged 9.9 per cent a year from 1978 through 2012. Read more »

    Due to the threats some 3,000 pupils in the area refused attend their class fearing that the threats will become a reality. In his FB message posted at an online memorial page set up for a Tennessee student who died in October, Elliot said:’My father has three guns.     Despite numerous calls from certain sectors not to include PSY in a White House charity event for his anti-war performance in 2004, President Barrack Obama still proceeded to allow the South Korean rapper to perform on the event. According to reports, not only Obama allowed PSY to perform he also took time to shake hands with the fast rising South Korean celebrity.
