No Wrestling In 2020 Olympics

Here is a piece of sad news to all Olympic wrestling fans around the world.
The International Olympic Committee, which manages the Olympic events has decided to drop wrestling in the forthcoming 2020 Olympics. The decision to scrapped wresling in the Olympics came via voting from the 15-man IOC board of directors.
With the decision to drop wrestling from the 26 sports in the Olympics it is expected that a new kind of sports will be introduced in the 2020 Olympics. The dropping of wrestling, which combines freestyle and Greco-Roman events, has caused sadness to many supporters of the sport since wrestling as a kind of sports goes back to the inaugural modern Olympics in Athens in 1896.
